Abstract
Dredging and all other measures which influence water quality, are strongly depending on the knowledge of sludge transport and processes influencing it. This study aims to establish a numerical model based on the finite volume technique to predict transport of water, sludge, salt and polluents in the Schelde, the Schelde estuary and the Belgian coastal waters.
